There are many groups that you can get involved with. Contact the church for more information.
K-5th graders — J316
There is an after school group that meets at the church during the school year. We meet at 3:16 every Wednesday in the fellowship hall for snacks, games, songs, memory verses, crafts, and Bible stories. There’s plenty of room for more. If you would like to come, contact the church at pastor@fbcrangely.org to make sure you are picked up at school on Wednesdays.
6th-12th graders — InStep Youth Ministries
InStep Youth Ministries invite the youth of Rangely to a Wednesday night meeting at the church. The middle schoolers meet from 6:45 – 8:15. The high schoolers meet from 8:15 – well, we’re not really sure. Better get your homework done before you come.
There is also a drama team made up of youth that meets most Sundays at 1:00 PM at the church. They put on skits for the Wednesday youth meetings and also the occasional worship service on Sunday mornings.
College Students — Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF @ CNCC)
Most Wednesday nights the college students meet for a Bible study on campus in the Johnson building. They meet at 7:00 PM. Bring a Bible and an open heart. The emphasis is on growing in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. All are welcome to attend.
Men’s Meetings
Nearly every Saturday at 8:00 AM the men come together at Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant for Bible Study, discussion, and prayer. The restaurant is only open at that time on Saturdays for the men’s group. You do not need to be attending First Baptist Church in order to come to this group.
Women’s Bible Study
The women gather at Carol Morton’s house for Bible Study each Thursday at 9:00 AM. This is open to any women in Rangely. Be prepared for some great discussion, some warm-hearted relationships, and some tasty treats.
